8U, 10U, 12U & 14U:
If the tournament is fully cancelled, a refund of 85% of initial registration will be given. Once the first games in your age division have started, and a cancellation is necessary, a 25% refund will be given. If 2 or more games in your age group are played, no refund will be given. All efforts will be made to play - safely.
No refunds will be given to teams withdrawing less than 60 days prior to the event, unless a replacement team can be found.
